You can also make a donation by mailing a check to: Campaign to Elect Scott Hefner, 75 East Hill Street, Mt Juliet, TN 37121.  Contributions to Scott Hefner for District 3 City Commissioner are not tax-deductible for income tax purposes. The individual limit is $1,600 per person per election and $3,200 per couple. The limit for a PAC registered in Tennessee is $8,100 per election.
